@benn1nat0r I agree to most of your tier list. I do not think Brainium Basher is overpowered except for the mobility bug he has on it because he no longer has his shield, meaning he gets melted by a Pea Gatling if the player has good aim in a matter of about two seconds.

There are seven other plants that counter this upgrade (believe it or not) which I will explain if you want me to.

@Joseph2004045 First of all thanks for your reply! I know there are a couple of plants that can counter him. However, I still think he is very overpowered. And if a Pea Gattling aims at him, he can use his god like mobility to get to the Gattling (if he reacts fast enough) and take him down.
