Potato Nugget mine needs a buff, there's a reason we hardly ever see it. In my 3300ish hours between GW and GW2 I haven't seen it used more than a handful of times in multiplayer matches. I love alternate abilities, but this is one that really needs to be improved beyond the GW2's minor buff.
Some of the upgrades for the BfN version are pretty cool, I love them being able to spot things (One thing I like in BfN are the spotting rules) among some of the other possibilities. The light makes sense from the original PvZ and PvZ2, but indeed, they make them too easy to spot, even worse than the bling versions in GW2.
@Iron_Guard8Nugget is fun for ambushes in the spawn pile or high grass but it's really just not that useful and could probably use a damage buff like maybe 75 so it can at least kill an imp.
Both spikeweed and potato mine stick out far too much in the bfn artsyle imo. The spotting upgrade is really useful but it also feels so weird but i wouldn't mind it return since it actually does something that isn't just variant but bad for cactus.
