game won't Allow me to sign in

So I deleted the game a year ago, and decided I wanted to re visit it, so I Downloaded it, And Then tried to sign in back into my account, I gave it my email and It sent me a code, It was 00848, And I put it in, And it didn't load or something because nothing happened after j clicked verify, So i did send code again, And it sent the same code, I put it in and had the same issue.
