About 80's action hero stupid survivability

Maybe it's just me but why does he need 150 hp, a scape ability and an instant "fung fu" every 18 seconds? I mean, he's kind of an sniper, isn't he? 

It's frustrating to fight 80's because they have all the problems I see a lot of posts here complaining: 

- Strong/very useful abilities with low cooldown 

- Really high survivability 

- High damange at all ranges

Also, his shots are kind of weird. When I'm playing nightcap I often instantly die with a full charged shot but when I tested in the AI they only deal 60 damange.

I don't know about this and want to know what you guys think about it.
