achievements not progessing in pvz garden warfare 2
Achievements are not unlocking in plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 for Xbox 1. They stopped working when power went out please fix

I restarted my modem, I cleared my mac address,I did that 6 sec hold the power button to hard restart my xbox 1,I unpugged my system waited 30 second plugged everything back in. So this is my Last resort this hopefully a ea staff is aware of this because from what Mico soft said it's on thier end. My gamer tagis (YOURNOTGOODKID7) IT'S FRUSTRATING WHEN UR A ACHIEVEMENT HUNTER AND WHEN U ONLY HAVE 2 MORE WAVES OF OP MODE TO UNLOCK 50 GAMERSCORE. SO I DID EVERYTHING IT'S 99% ON EA SIDE OF THIS KNOWN GLITCH
I got a response on my above thread but it's not a solution.
- I hope ea fixes this know issue it there servers
Also anyone know if you delete the save game do your characters go bye bye too because I've been playing a ton and got a lot of characters not sure if it's worth deleting for achievements because I'd rather have the characters. Thanks if anyone can reply. :]
- I deleted my game save and it didn't fix the problem. When deleting your game save you are given the option of deleting from just the console or deleting it "from everywhere." I chose to delete from everywhere and it didn't fix the problem and I didn't lose my characters or games progress. So it looks like "from everywhere" isn't really from everywhere.
- I did the same nothing happened as well the game is very buggy I'm going to swap my disk for another
- I tried deleting my save that doesn't work
Unfortunately Same Issue here, "prestiged" a plant five times and achievement still locked, as well as the gnome one, found all of them still nothing. Weird
- I tried deleting and replaying again but that doesn't work
