Soft lock during rank play

I am reporting a severe, recurring bug in PvZ Heroes Ranked Multiplayer. The game frequently soft-locks during the Zombie player's turn. The match simply freezes, no cards can be played, and it eventually throws an inaccurate "Check your internet connection" error, resulting in an unjustified loss.

​To be clear: my internet connection is perfectly stable. This is a game/server synchronization issue.

​This bug is incredibly frustrating. It is unfairly wiping out my hard-earned Ranked Stars in Diamond League. Climbing ranks takes a lot of time and effort, and losing progress to a technical failure on the game's end is extremely disappointing and ruins the experience.

​Please look into fixing this server-side soft-lock. Attached are screenshots showing the freeze and the resulting star penalty.
