Acquiring prize bulbs
I finished the prize map last night, partly thanks to the character key and getting the peashooter done and I have about 18 stored for next month's now. I wanted to share ways to get bulbs with folks...

Quick addendum for the list. I got the Citron done this week and wanted to point out that the 5000 block is apparently not 5000 damage blocked but 5000 hits blocked which can take a while. I had the tracker on to watch this as I had everything else done and noticed that it would only tick up one point at a time.
I found two ways to get this done in a reasonable hurry:
-Have friends shoot your shield with rapid fire weapons.
-Go to town center as Citron and go down the road a ways to where that All-Star always spawns and use him to get it done. (The nearby solider on the way is less dependable for this I found).
In both cases, when the shield is about to break or does break, pull away and let it regen before doing it again, repeat as needed. I had about 900 of the 5000 from playing PvP matches and got the rest against that all-star.
@Iron_Guard8 Just play an Ops mode and clear out all enemies but one. I killed all enemies and left a Soldier alive to shoot at me. In no time flat, I had the 5,000 hits completed.
Side note: I wonder why Soldier is programmed to shoot in bursts; I never noticed that before.

Acorn also shoots in bursts. And i can tell why. Because of the aim bot accuracy with no delay whatsoever. If they would unload a clip you would have no chance. All-Star is the worst offender here.
Concerning the 80s Action Hero and his Rocket Ride. I did it in the city right before the plants base where usually a hypno flower boss waits. There are at least 4 Nightcaps.
All i did was to clear the boss and hit them with a lesser charged shot to soften them up. Once everything was set i went in and did the rocket ride. Worked perfectly.
He also gets an absurd upgrade that lets you ride for as long as you get vanquishes. That can also be useful on groups.

- @Iron_Guard8 👍I combined it with a daily for "Ground more miners" so went fought my way to the cheese drill area of Mount Steep & let the the engineers & their turrets do most of it.
