Halloween pack bugged? PVZ HEROES Bug

I just got A Halloween pack, which guaranteed contains a trick or treater, haunted pumpkins and a bad moon rising, and 3 other cards. But I instead got 6 random zombies, none of my guaranteed cards, and none my gems back. Am I the only one who had to deal with this glitch.
