Ad Exit Unavailable

I am having an issue with ads not giving me the x to exit.  Is anyone else having this issue? 

This doesn’t happen with all ads but some affected are Kingshot, Block Blast and Wool Crush.

The top 10% of the ad is blacked out and clicking the screen brings you to the App Store and when exiting the App Store you come back to the same malfunctioning ad. 

This is extremely frustrating because in my game I do not get credit for watching the ad and then the perk is no longer available to me.
