The continued lack of screenshot capability, particularly in PVZ GW 2, is criminal. The workarounds are lame. C'mon, get it together and add this now! Most games even have it in game, nada on this...

If your playing on windows 10 press (Windows) G Which will bring up a game bar. Then just click on the screenshot button there!
