Perhaps doing a community challenge could give everyone something like rainbow stars or an exclusive upgrade for a character as a community reward. Of course, everyone would have to do a particular amount of work in to actually get their challenge rewards. 😃
E.g. Revives. Community needs 1,000,000 revives. If they get it, get rainbow stars. To claim your reward, get 25 revives or more!
