AFK NO LIMIT TIME

Subject: Complaint Regarding AFK Match System in Plants vs Zombies Heroes

Hello Support Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding the current match system in Plants vs Zombies Heroes. I noticed that when a player goes AFK (Away From Keyboard) or leaves the match, there is no time limit or auto disqualification. As a result, I am forced to wait indefinitely, and in many cases I have to surrender just to move on to the next game. This situation allows the AFK player to get a free win, while I lose the match even though I am actively playing.

I kindly suggest that the system be improved by adding features such as:

1. Automatic disqualification for players who are AFK after a certain time.
2. Awarding an automatic win to the player who remains active.
3. Setting a maximum turn time to prevent matches from being stalled.

I hope that you will consider improving this feature to ensure a fair gameplay experience for all players.
