'Agent of L.E.A.F.' and 'Top Zombie' quests not reporting progress or completion

After speaking with live chat, I have been advised to post this issue here.  Both the 'Agent of L.E.A.F.' and 'Top Zombie' quests are failing to update and report completion.  My screenshots at htt...

any chance that you have been forced to play the tutorial mission repeatedly since about 2 days ago? i have those quests completed and stuck there too but i just thought that they were to remain there.. since the 'rubble fix' i am forced to play the tutorial before roaming the battleground and my character customization refuses to save since 3/2/2016

    I have the 2 quests stuck there too. It just doesn't seem right with progress 0/1. I would like more slots for active quests.
