Does anyone equip this upgrade anymore? As evidence of my avatar, I LOVED the new Cactus when equipped with this upgrade before. I felt it was a high risk/high reward type of SKILL based upgrade ...

I’m genuinely curious if ANYONE uses the upgrade? Pretty sure you or Pinch1off started that other thread... I know you posted in it, at minimum....
Would love to see Cactus become more in line with other characters. The TTK seems to have really made the loss of this ability more prevalent.
One shot isn’t worth it so it’s a no for me. Second shot is still bugged for me.
