I'm having the same problem,,,spent money to buy this game for Xbox one, then a gold membership.then spent money to buy stickers and plants.
Then all gone. My Autistic son will not touch the game now, because of hours spent to collect all these stickers and such.
Anything I can do get these back?

@Jd0900 I assume you've only been purchasing specifically the Zomboss Down and Legends of the Lawn packs?
As those are all DLC characters, only the DLC packs packs will contain those character's upgrades.
EDIT: For all other posters, if you're absolutely sure you're missing characters that you've had prior to February 25th, contact customer support so they may investigate your account. http://help.ea.com/

@Jd0900 We looked into your account. Law Pea and Sun Pharaoh for example you only had one sticker of each of these before the event so you didnt have them unlocked. You fully unlocked these characters one day or so after the event. As for the unlocked weapon upgrades, you seem to be getting weapon upgrades from other packs, just make sure to buy the DLC card packs to get the upgrades for the DLC characters

Also to anyone contacting customer service for these items, please provide as much info as possible

@Creepersteve99 Can you please give more information? There was a birthday event which unlocked everything, then when it was over it went back to however many stickers you had before the event. If one of the characters you mentioned was unlocked, how many stickers are showing for it? Are you sure it was unlocked before the event? You also need to give Customer Service all your info such as console, what characters are missing, and any other items you can think of that might help them look

@neutronium Is it possible that all were unlocked because of the event? Check the stickerbook and see if there are some stickers for those characters you brought up. Unfortunately yes, you do need to go to customer service for issues as this is a user forum. I think the event was maybe a bit confusing in how it was implemented

Hallo, I have the same trouble. I'm sure that I had a mystic flower, shadow flower, alien flower and other characters, but they are missing for a week (or longer, I'm not sure).

Right - they are missing because the Event ended. We gave everyone all characters (I know its confusing). Check your stickerbook and see how many stickers are left until you unlock that character. You can also enter a help ticket if you are sure you had them before the event
