All my dudes are level 0

Hey.

Last couple of nights my pvz garden warfare profile has reset back to level 0. Same with everyone else in this house. What's happening?

I have the exact same problem!!! What is this?
Sometimes I start a game and I'm level 0 - and it says everyone else is level 0? - and i don't have anything that I used to have before ie. no lb/y/rb abilities.
Yet at other times when I'm at the level I'm supposed to be at (27) I can't play because no one is there - and no one ever comes! I've waited for days and nothing's happened!
Please get this fixed soon. And reply EA!

try uninstalling it then reinstalling it

Same issue except on X box 360. It's driving me and the wife nuts. Most modes it resets my level to 1 rather than being level 82, meaning I can't level up as no current quests or stats are available. Fix this as it has been going on for weeks at home and from this topic, been going on longer than it should. Do your job and fix it.
