Allow citron to active its peel shield in the air.

Citron has enough maneuverability to avoid most projectiles with his alt and large health pool/point-click beam. The shield being used in mid-air might also arise an abuse issue where either he could gain very short i-frames as the game begins to generate/separate the shield's and citron's hitbox; or using it as an escape option and spamming his alt to run from damage. The shield is meant to be used to help lane push or provide cover for his teammates, it really does not work as a last resort protection option.
