Always keep track of your gems?

Just today I spent $100 on a gem bundle --- 15,000 gems. I immediately bought a pack for 5000 gems. Aside from the residual amount in my account, I was then showing 500 or so gems. Tech support typically on these issues responds with emails saying they will respond. But I never get adjustments. EA must owe me tens of thousands of gems, but there is no User accounting. Think of all the money EA could make just off of lazy accounting. But for the user...
