When in game, I am always looking up. I can turn left and right, but when i drag my mouse down nothing happens. My mouse works fine in the menus but not in game. there is no controller connected to my computer. any ideas?
Community AdminIf there are no USB devices (not necessarily controllers, sometimes random items can be interpreted as giving an input) then you can try restarting your system with a Clean Boot, to check for programs that might be interfering with the game.

Hello, my friend also having this issue has tried everything including the Clean/Safe reboot on his PC. We think this is definitely an in game issue with PVZ:bfn. This happens in no other games and we have tried everything recommended in multiple threads. The game is unplayable for him, which is unfortunate. We would appreciate some sort of fix for this soon.
Try uninstalling vJoy drivers, if you have them. This worked for me.
Thank you for the suggestion, we gave it a shot and it still did not solve his issue. Really unfortunate. Nothing is working.
