not sure if you can help this is my sons account and i have downloaded the update but still wont load.  Not a tech wizz can you help.  son has asd and this is not something he understands either.  thanks t x

Sorry, that system seems to be significantly below the requirements for the game. 

Sometimes systems that are slight below-spec can play a game at diminished performance, but in this case I think there's too much of a gulf between your given hardware and the stated minimums.
