They know what they allowed to happen. Seeing the data file that needs to be removed is on their side of the server . I have published proof it is on EA . Yet they will not budge. This will mean purging only that game from each player affected. A new key for a new copy. You would have to uninstall your game and clean the reg of all PVZBVN files. Hey, thanks a ton for sharing your experience and insights! 🙌 It's super frustrating to feel like you're hitting a wall with EA, and it's somewhat comforting (but also annoying, right?) to hear that I'm not alone in this.
Your explanation about the Picnic anti-cheat software creating a private mode mess-up on my account makes so much sense. It's exactly what seems to be happening with my profile as well 😧
I've been stuck unable to connect, and EA's been giving me the runaround with generic fixes that don't work at all and always suggest that this is a client-side issue but IT IS NOT 😒
I saw the YouTube link you shared. Thanks for that. I agree with you that if this is happening to so many of us, there should be something we can do collectively to push for a real fix.
I'm really hitting a wall here. I tried getting a refund for everything I've spent, but it turns out I'm past the deadline they set, so no luck there.
Is there a way to push them to actually log in to their server and sort out my profile issues from their side?

They are refusing to do anything. They have even offered to pay me for a new title to replace it. I said NO. I pay them to provide a safe server . They are the ones who will not allow you to make a privet server so you can not fix it. To fix this they will have to wipe every player profiles for that game only on the players account in their servers. You would have to uninstall your game. EA would have to kill your cd key and give you a new one. After you install your game would work but what you have earned will be gone and you will have to start from the beginning. This will cost them for every bad copy they allowed to get in and hack them. I do know they used a dos based bug so good luck. That can allow the hacker to rewrite and file to anything they want once in tracing disassembler . The server is still uploading the bad file. You can see by the dates of the files. And I proved it with being able to login the XBOX for PC with my Microsoft ID. Now that is the free ver.
