No, but that's what players who haven't got 313 want.

    Ahh...made it sound like you could have gotten it through GW2...

    Anyways~ Why not give people in GW1 some free packs or coins to help them reach 313? I wouldn't mind :D Though I would rather see GW1 get revamped like GW2 in the sense of getting coins, but I don't that will happen since devs usually focus on the newer game and forsake the old.
