Are the servers down? Stuck on the Welcome Back (Origin login screen) (Xbox One)

So, I just bought this today. Brought it home and installed it. For 2 or more hours i've only gotten as far as the Welcome Back (origin login) screen. (Gee this is a great game!) Wondering if there a...

If its your origin account, you can try a couple things:

- Easiest: make a new account.  

- Or when customer service gets back to you, have them look into your origin account.  You might want to see if your able to log into other ea games as well in case its a common problem
