Hello, We are having issues joining any sort of multiplayer on PVZGW2. We have confirmed the following: Internet is up and working, can run Netflix, Hulu, FFXV, CoD Blk ops 3 etc Have restarted the game and hard restarted the XBOX1 w/o success on the game Tried second game on our second XBOX1 with the same issues Both games are disc versions with successful EA Access log ins. We can access the back yard but states that we do not have the correct permissions to access online servers Please advise

You mean server, single, right?
