Audio Glitch in PvZ Heroes

There is a problem with audio and the music. The music and audio isn’t working and isn’t playing at all. Sometimes it will play and sometimes it won’t. My audio and music are both turned on max and I can’t hear anything. I tried moving the dials but it isn’t working and I tried closing the app and it doesn’t work
