back to square one xbox one X crash at title screen

right earlier today i had installed pvz battle for neighborville to my external HDD start to crash the console so i was surgested to move it off the external to the internal which i did and for a lit...

@EA_David Hello David, once game loads to title the fans start to rev up A little, if you hit the A button to log in or let it sit and run water sprinkler and zombie battle animation fan cranks up so fast. Then Xbox x shuts completely down due to built in overheat fail safe, upon restart you get message that Xbox had to shut down due to overheating.

Vents are clean and everything worked great daily  alpha and founders until week 5 with on screen update. After that update this started to me and 4 other friends.

    Thank you for the details given. Also, can I check if you're installing to the default/internal HDD or if you're using expanded/external storage.

        It shouldn't, but I'd like to check if playing on a different account changes anything?
