When I try to open Plants vs. Zombies, it shows me this dialog box. None of the options led to the game opening as usual. This has been present for the past 3 months, at least, and no one even bothered to look into it.

I have been asking about this same issue for 6 months (Since Feb 24) and was told a A Game Advisor would contact me, but after a week, no contact of any kind yet the case was updated as "CLOSED" on March 4th. Still doesn't work. I deleted everything, created a different login, re-downloaded the EA app and repurchased the game, same result.
Why would EA continue to sell this game when you can't load it? There are numerous posts about this issue and no solution provided.
I've had the SAME issue for over 6 months and can't get anyone to help. I think we need to get a refund but since I bought it so long ago it doesn't even show that I did buy it. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT????
The problem is that the Original Plants vs. Zombies is a 32-bit app, meaning that it won't work well on devices without that support. I suggest getting it on PlayStation 3, Xbox, DS, or wait for Replanted. Sorry dude.
The problem is the game has been working flawlessly for a long time before this happened. Also, don't tell me to buy the game for another platform just because the same game - that I paid for, mind you - doesn't work on the platform that I specifically chose to play on. Do better, dude.
Same issue here, I get a dump file off an error window, tried starting it from steam or the EA app makes no difference, on windows 11.Another post mentioned downloading another app called EA anti cheat, can’t see what difference that would make and why would I need another app to run a game, I avoid bloatware at all costs as I purely use my laptop for gaming and nothing else.
Okay, sorry about that, I am new to this issue. I am unsure what to do of it. I thought it was issues regarding the type of game it is, but it's actually registration issues. I will see if I can call someone of EA. Maybe they can help.
