Just a friendly reminder that it helps to actually know and understand the game and its underlying mechanics before calling for buffs/nerf. We've been there already and got our Rose and Citron buffs. And it was not fun.
Camo Ranger for example gets a piercing upgrade, which you could have found out easily by yourself by simply looking at the pinned upgrade thread.
And as already pointed out, Hot Rod Chomper has less HP - which you could have known by simply playing the game.
There are only very few things i can agree on. The BBQ "spray and pray", fast moving projectiles, guaranteed 20 fire damage for example is a real issue for example. And as evidence i can easily pull the masses of (low level) players that play their Maxed BBQs, without even bothering to level anything else. BBQ is simply too easy to play.
And the legendary underdog: the Wrestling Star. Who really deals good damage - IF he could actually hit a thing. Which brings me to the conclusion that it is not his damage output but the projectile speed. Same problem the Commando Pea has, and why people play BBQ. BBQs spray and pray hits, Wrestling Stars or Commando Peas does not.
Which brings me to the Painter. As again understanding the class helps to form an opinion. The Painter is an outstanding Engineer. His projectile is slower but has splash and no damage falloff. He is a weird but effective sniper. He always was. And he does not need a change. 3 hits and most of the plants are on the floor. No matter the distance.
And to end it here i just add a screenshot as an additional argument concerning your opinion about Centurion:
