Balancing Patch - place your bets now

@34975634954957 I'm guessing all star, nightcap, chomper, and acorn are gonna be hit with heavy fall off nerfs (actually no, I'll guarantee that at least 2 of these characters will be hit with it heavily). Hopefully they adress these issues but my hopes is that they nerf the upgrades which are pretty much must haves like hardened (shouldn't exist in general, would be fine if it only affected oak and not acorn), parkour (just very annoying), rapid fire (gives soldier a massive damage increase with barely any consequences), and hard target (this upgrade could be a 5 cost and it would still be really good). Make it so arcane can't be used as a get out of jail free card, nerf healing in general, make it so scientist has less sustain but an actual shotgun, and many more I could name but I'm not going to.
