Banned because account hacked
Hello,
My account was hacked in January. About 2 or 3 weeks ago, I recovered it through a helpful support team member. Recently I went to play my favorite (and only) game, Plants versus Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. I was made aware that my account had been banned. I have now contacted EA help twice regarding this unjust suspension resulting from a hacker. I keep being informed that I will be contacted via email to solve this problem. However, I still have not been contacted over a week later. I wish to finally get my EA account unbanned, since the EA support team has not been good about reaching out to me. This ban was issued in January of this year, while my account was hacked, and did not even provide a reason. I wish to finally have my account unbanned as I had no control over my account in any way, shape, or form when the hacker got my account banned.
