Community ManagerIt may not be a ban if you've received no email but as you've mentioned fairfight there's a good chance it is ban related.
Normally I'd suggest contacting our Support team. With your help, they can pull up your account and take a wee look to see if there's any bans visible on the account. If not, they'd do their best to help fix what's causing you to not gain access.
