Barely any players in games?

Lately, every time I go to play a game mode, ANY game mode, I'm thrown into a good match with a balanced team. After maybe two matches of G&G, we are left with 3-4 players. I just had a few matches of G&G and the next match, I was the only plant left, with two Zombies on the other side. Both teams waited it out, for new players - but I waited 10 minutes, just waiting for someone to come onto my team, before leaving the match. It was obvious that nobody was going to come.

I'm used to this in Gnome Bomb, but in Gardens and Graveyards? Is there something wrong? I'm playing on 360 and I have a stable connection, so I don't quite understand.

  • Sounds like your NAT type is set to strict. Can you check your router and make sure you have an open Nat type . Google Nat strict and you will find help. If you have a strict Nat type you will only connect with others that have a strict Nat setup. Mist of the world has open Nat but can somtimes change. You will have much better time on a open Nat. Just check your router.

I play all the time and every game is full even at 3-4am .

I find this happening pretty often, and it has nothing to do with NAT. All I can guess is that the servers look to fill nearly full rooms first, and empty ones are left to die out, in an attempt to keep as many rooms maxed out as possible. I've had small rooms have join-ins before, but it's rare, and usually it's best to back out when it forces you to wait for players. I'll be honest, though, I love small matches where it's easy to take the point, so you spend all your time messing around. XD
