Hey, can you also try to find a solution to this problem I have. I also done all the things @tontontries did, but nothing works. I press play on the game, then a black window appears and closes and then it bring me back to origin. I would really appreciate if you could find the problem. 🙂

@tontontries Can you elaborate on why you can't play when you restart with a Clean Boot? Can you try restarting your usual programs one by one to find the one that's triggering the black screen?
@TheRealMage04 Does a Clean Boot or trying another Windows user account have any effect?

@EA_DavidNo, unfortunely. I tried every option and it doesn't solve the issue. Have you check my dxdiag file to see if there is something interfering the game.
