Black screen in Battle for Neighborville
Hi so recently i got the xbox game pass and decided to get the Plants vs. Zombies Battle for Neighborville and i had to download the EA app but when i downloaded the game and the app game was simply just not working, when i opened it it gave me a black window without sound or anything. Please help me!
HI @7458762 Can you go through the following steps and check if this continues to happen?
- Run the EA App as admin, and ensure any security software is not interfering with EA App or PvZ BFN.
- Run the System File Checker tool then check for windows and graphic driver updates.
- Make sure any other Anti-cheats from other games are not running when attempting to play.
