Bright red outlines of characters?

Whenever I play Ops, if my other teammates are behind anything (a wall, another plant/zombie, anything) they are displayed in an extremely bright, distracting, shade of red. Even if they are just on ...

@Takara07J Try looking in the video or accessibility options. I once found an option that highlights enemies with red, so maybe you'll find something there.

@PheesleyI found in UI/HUD there's an enemy outline option you can toggle on and off, but this is my other teammates that are outlined in red, not enemies. You'd think if there was an option to toggle teammates on/off it would be around the same place... hm.
