Bug - Rank up problem

I recently spent 30 skip star challenges in PVZ: GW on my PS4. This should have provided me with 2 ranks as it is 15 challenges per character level once you get above level 10 on whatever character it is you're trying to level.

Anyone who plays this game knows how much of a pain it is to grind and rank up. It's not the end of the world but it sure is irritating when you spend hours trying to lvl up only to

have a bug ruin your day.. -.-

Wondering if there is anything EA can do for me here.

I suspected this happened to me a few times before, but was never sure and didn't report it.

This time I'm 100% sure.
