Server connection

I tried several times to connect to the server the account of my son. I add the parent email, send the email for the approval, but I always receive the message "impossible to connect with the server". If I enter the game with my profile "adult", I'm able to connect to the server without problem.

My platform is PS5, the internet connection is fine.
