(BUG) Leveling Up doesn't give extra EXP.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Everywhere
Summarize your bug Leveling Up upgrade doesn't work.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just use Leveling Up and get more than 9 EXP so it gets the 10% bonus. It will say you got the 10% bonus as well, but it won't really count. Here's video footage of me proving it. https://i.imgur.com/Y6qCjqk.mp4 I tried it in Giddy Park after realizing this, and it still didn't work there.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Kernel Corn
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Leveling Up, Rapid Cobs, 20/10.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Wait, this bug still has not been fixed? From what I am aware of, this issue has been around for quite a long time now, some months even, and it still is not fixed by the looks of it, hopefully this will be sorted by the end of this month when the patch comes out.
