Bugged Red door key- Never in 50 star pack

Any one else having issues getting the key for the red door? I having been trying for months now to get my final key and its never in the 50 rainbow pack..... It's really getting on my nerves now. Could my account be glitched or bugged

Unfortunately it's not a bug or a glitch; what you are experiencing is the vague "no guarantees" nature of statistical probability.

Even at a 75% drop rate there is a good likihood that a "losing streak" can developer and persist and that's what is occurring to you- the system is dropping you repeatedly into the 25% Something-Else category.

You'll eventually get your last key but nobody can guarantee when that will happen.

I'm having the same problem with the blue keys never seem to get it been months now
