Thanks for the details. Can I check the approximate time (with timezone) that the purchases were made, as that may be relevant for hunting this issue down.

@EA_DavidWell i got the glitch at 3PM when the servers started going back to Normal, when the prize map started

Thanks for the detailed info, this has been passed on now.

Some changes were deployed out last night that affected the prize map. Do you still have any issues now?
- 5 years ago@anpangcontractor Nothing changed here.. still the same festivals-over-Reload-park message.
My amount of bulbs are not even shown on the upper right corner when I press the options button. theres only my level, name, coins, rainbow stars and a space where the bulbs were.
Really hope you guys can find a way to fix this... Im a founder member, level 1.959 cause I really love to play the game, and stopped played since this issue started.. - anpangcontracto5 years ago

I can't believe this issue still hasn't been fixed for the people affected by it.
They can fix an issue where players can keep more than 50 prize bulbs in a matter of hours but take months to fix game braking issues.
I'm sure if stuff like this were fixed quicker many would have a way more positive view of BfN.
Of course it is understandable that things may take longer under the current circumstances, but the slow fixing of bugs has been an issue since launch.
And the fact that they still haven't even mentioned a compensation for those who can't complete the prize maps because of an issue they are in no way responsible for is more than sad,.

Ok @renatoazuos2, I wonder why the Prize Map is still not working for you. If you can, could you show us a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to open the Prize Map?
By any chance have you uninstalled and reinstalled your game to try and get the Prize Map to work? With the new Prize Map changes recently deployed, that may make a difference.
Hopefully we can get this issue solved! 🤞

Ive deleted the game as you sugested, reinstalled and the problem remains. It keeps showing the message saying festivals over, reload the park on infinite loop. I still dont see my amount of bulbs on the upper right corner (theres still a space where the bulbs were).

@renatoazuos2I recognise that error message. I would know it from anywhere. It’s telling you to reload the Prize Map, isn’t it?
If you’re one of the only players still having issues with the Prize Map, there’s no harm in trying to contact EA support and making them aware of your issue. It may be worth going through your game’s settings, just in case there is something there preventing you from accessing the Prize Map.
The Prize Map is nearly over, and I don’t want you to entirely miss out on the Prize Map, I would be so heartbroken if it happened to me and my brother. I will keep trying to offer more solutions for you.
Let me know if you still need more help afterwards - I will keep helping you until it fixed.
P.S. When your Prize Map works, if you want Bulbs fast, I can give you a link to a guide I made on getting Prize Bulbs if you wish, to help you catch up!P.P.S. (Edit): Did you do anything specific @ShinyOshawott69 to get your Prize Map to work again? 🤔

I did not do anything that I know of. I havent opened the game really, only once just to check if it was working and it just randomly worked.. I wish I knew.. I hope you can figure it out.
- 5 years ago@TheSprinter85 When I go to this link and fulfill the forms, it says that I should get help from the community (which's not working).
Probably the people here are not the only ones in the world with this problem.. not everybody go to communities searching for help but the bug exists and EA should find a way to fix it.
Cant they enter on my profile and see whats going on?
The august map is almost over and things are so messed up that im afraid to be stuck with this message on the next maps..

@TheSprinter85 I also had this error message when the prize map started. It only was a problem for 30 minutes or so. I had my sister join in split-screen and then leave again. After doing this, the prize map worked again.
@renatoazuos2 You should really be compensated for this. I think they should unlock all prize map items for your account. You should also receive this months universal hat, in my opinion. You are not responsible for this issue. Therefore, EA should give you the items.

On split screen I can enter the map but it doesnt let me buy anything and when the other player leaves it stays the same until I refresh the park and the “festivals over” message shows again.
Its really weird the missing bulbs on the upper right corner too.. I can only see how many bulbs I have when I look to the festivals seller.
