Can’t hear certain sounds

I cannot hear certain sounds while playing pvz gw2 (characters talking [zomboss,etc] the BING! you get when eliminating a zombie/plant in the backyard Battleground and quest sounds,like the crinkled ...

@HelpMeImStuck199 Hey, what system are you on? Do you recall if you had any hardware changes when this changed? Do you have any sound issues with any other games?
