I am trying to log onto PvZ garden warfare 2 on my ps4 but I am stuck on the screen where I have to put in my email address so I did that but it won’t let me click the next button. Every time I click to press next it takes me back onto the edit email address screen. I would really like to know why this is happening because I payed lots of money for this and it hasn’t worked so far.

Hello gemmyeet, A possible fix for that is once you have put your email address in and are ready to continue to the next stage of logging in don't press any buttons on the right side of your PS4 controller. Look at the left side of your controller and there should be 4 arrow buttons. Press the button on the bottom (The one that has a white arrow under it pointing down) and then it should highlight the continue/next button.
