Hack Level 46 is bring down PvZ GW2! URGENT @EA. We need your help Now!

Some sort of hack is preventing people from playing GW2 multiplayer. 
Look I'm not gonna make a massive post because somebody already did that. But this is a REAL issue. This is not a false alarm!

This just happened to me and I'm American, CST time-zone. This occurred within the 2 PM hour in IOWA State.

This hack is real and very serious. Something like this doesn't get checked, PvZ GW2 might literally die overnight. While you are fixing this EA... Please fix your servers. Right now, the only way people have been able to join my backyard or private matches is if I switch my region to South American. Why the actual hell does NA or Europe not work for that kind of stuff?

You guys need to help.... This game is a prized Jewel.... you have to know that... Can you please fix all these issues... But the hack right now takes priority... People are actually getting banned by a hacker.

    This just happened to my son; he was playing the game yesterday, and today he is level 46 and cannot join any multiplayer games. He was in the game where the hacker was running loose; now I wonder how many players are affected (the lobbies were full).

    I have the same issue. I was playing yesterday against a very bad hacker and tried to talk to him. When I locked into the game today I somehow had the Unicorn Chomper pack in my inbox and all my character levels are gone and I can not join a match anymore.
