Can not do anything in game by myself

I was able to take an invitation to a friends battleground and play a multiplayer match with them but whenever I try to use anything in the game such as the sticker shop or mailbox I receive a similar message. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I have figured out how to fix this issue. You Sony account is linked to an EA account. I had linked it a long time ago. However .... My EA account is a US account even though I'm in Australia ( eBay thing).

I think the region on your EA account has to match the region of the game.

As I bought the game through my sony account the region for the game is AU. Which does not match my EA account region.

I decided to change profile on my PS4.

When I launched gw2, it then asked me to accept the license agreement and to either set up a new EA account or link an existing one.

I chose to create a new EA account and link the new account to this particular ps4 profile.

This process then got rid of the "oh no" problem.

I also had the time setup manually to a date in the future ( for terrarium special events).

So also set the date to the current date.

If I get more info I will post.

So now you have something to try out. Don't expect an update to fix it. It's not a bug.

Seems like pre-update maintenance.

Its for me too. I got bad news though . We gotta wait for update that fixes it though . Ive unistalled the game like 5 times. Opened all ports turned off and on everything . Nothing works. They got fix it

Join the club my friend. Ive contacted Ea they were suppose to send me an email when they figured it out. Still havnt gotten it yet. Just like in my post i said ill update you guys if i get a solution or any info on it.

I have had this problem for over a week at least. I downloaded the delux pack. It just keeps say "oh no". It's like it hasn't recognized the download is complete so only lets you play in the backyard... Which gets rather tiresome quickly.

Thanks so much man, it was the wrong date for me. Had to set it to the current date and it's working perfectly now.
