I Lost My Account

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance in recovering my main Plants vs. Zombies Heroes account.

How the issue occurred:

When I logged into the game on my device, the Portuguese localization and the profile selection screen were confusing. The prompt showed two options labeled only as "Perfil 1" and "Perfil 2" (Profile 1 and Profile 2), without displaying the actual usernames associated with them.

​Because I have played PvZ Heroes for a long time, I assumed "Perfil 1" was my most recent, secondary save. A warning message stated that syncing would delete other profiles on the device. Since the usernames were hidden and the translated prompt was ambiguous about cloud saves versus local saves, I confirmed the selection. Unfortunately, this wiped my main profile (Prismori, which had 435 cards) from the device and replaced it with a 92-card profile.
