It's a display bug. Mine bounces between Friday and 3 weeks now, had something like that last month too. Should be ok as it was last time.
Answered this in bugs forum earlier today but it's good to have it here too:
It's actually some sort of display error. It's been going on since character keys were added to the game. Sometimes it displays the accurate time until you get the next key, but sometimes it displays the amount of time until the entire event is over. It hasn't been fixed but you do still actually get your key at the right time for a new week.
So should I wait to do this next character? 15 bulbs I get to grind these out? Come november 11th will this be increased ? Feel like I'm wasting my time right now for anything that rewards bulbs.
