Cannot connect to EA servers - Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

This is becoming absolutely bigger than ben hur to say the least. Since just before Christmas I can't access EA servers with the pathetic error message:

"Unable to access EA servers at this time BLAH BLAH BLAH"

It is now the 10/01/2016 and I still have the same issues. I even went as far as contacting EA directly with them sending me an email trying to tell me the matter was resolved. Not at all.

I'm running this game on Xbox 360 there are no issues with my phone lines or modem as I even had technicians out at my expense checking these over. Spend way to much time and money trying to play this game rather than actually playing it.

Please sort this out

    I am having the same issue. The main menu works just fine but when I try to start a match I just get a black screen with the flower. The level never loads but I can hear people talking via headset. Any help would be most appreciated.

    I'm having same problem bought this game for my son because of doing so well in school and he can't even play I feel so bad for him .I've been looking on these forums all I see is people talking about the problem. Does EA have a solution. I f anyone has a solution can u please let me know .....psn jaynsra
