Cannot install Plants Versus Zombies 1 on PC

Question

So just to be exhaustive I am adding this here in the dim hope that I can actually get SOME kind of help.

I bought Plants Versus Zombies 1 on PC through PopCap games ages ago. They went away and it went to Pogo games. That then went to iWin games using the Pogo download center. Well apparently the Pogo game download center is no longer up thus iWin cannot support my installs any more. Even with Popcap games this was under the EA umbrella. I have two support tickets from 2016 showing the initial problems I had still linked to the EA account. The new EA help system is absolutely horrible and I have been unable to start a new support ticket. It simply sends me here with no other contact option of ANY kind. It doesn't even have an option for PVZ and PC as the installed option. The closest it gets to just PC is Steam. I then went to Facebook to try and get help there from the EA Help page. I got two responses on one day which I responded to the day after that. They stated to either DM them so they could help or go to the EA help site. Since I'd already been to the useless EA help site I sent them a LOT of DMs about this as well as responding to my initial posting a few times there. No responses after that so I've been put on ignore.

I would like it if there was SOME chance of getting this problem fixed so I could actually play the game I paid for...

The link you gave me if I hit contact options goes to a bad link/page doesn't exist.&nbsp; If I try the other options just from that page not following your link it either leads to no where "Sorry, no channels available" or right back here to Answers HQ.&nbsp; There are no chat or phone options anywhere from that support page.&nbsp; The ONLY option that actually leads to an e-mail link is for banned or suspended account.&nbsp; This isn't my case at all.&nbsp; Should I be bothering that dedicated team with this simply because the EA help site is rather garbage?&nbsp; They would have to waste their time sending it to the right person as that isn't what they do.&nbsp; If that is the only answer then I can go down that road but seriously guys that dumpster fire of a support web page needs some fixing.
