Community ManagerWhen exactly is this happening? Also, what is the error message you see?
The problem started a few days ago. I can start the games on my PS4, but when I try to play online with others, I get the error message " unable to join a session, please check your network connection and try again" I have a strong and stable network connection, measured with PS4. The games are Plant Vs Zombies GW 1&2.

You posted this on the NHL 23 forums. You're actually playing GW 1 and 2 though? Also, when you restarted your console and modem/router, did you follow the instructions I mentioned?

No worries. I moved it for you.
Try deleting the personal saved data for these 2 games with these steps. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Garden Warfare 1 and 2 and delete the saved data.
