I can't really help. I'm just trying to supply ideas that can hopefully help.
Have you tried logging in a different way? I.e. google play, ea? You may have logged in from a different type of account and forgotten...
Have you submitted a support ticket? This really is a horrible option since they generally don't respond directly and send an autogenerated email telling you to look out for fixes in the patch notes... but you never know.
The only other one that i can think... you wouldn't happen to have screen shots of you collection would you? Again, i cant say for certain if it would help, but it couldn't hurt.

Thanks. Yes, I filled out their questionnaire, supplied screen shots of my iTunes purchases, and now am waiting for a few gameplay screenshots to upload.
